Southern Africa

Just over three weeks in Namibia, Boswana and Zimbabwe in March 2018. Our tour was organised with Rhino Africa. We did a self-drive tour of Namibia, but had outstanding guides in both Botswana and Zimbabwe.

In October/November 2014, we went to Phinda Private Game Reserve in Kwazulu Natal, South Africa, the coast at Mabibi and the Isimangaliso Wetland Park, Umkhuze Game Park and Tswalu in the Kalahari for the second time. In 2013 we went to Tswalu and to Gunn's Concession and Moremi Reserve: Khwai River Lodge and Eagle Island Camp in the Okavango Delta, Botswana. In 2004, we visited Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. My first visit to South Africa was in 1973.
